From Halloween to Christmas, it seems as if this time of year should be called the Season of Sugar. Halloween candy, Thanksgiving pie, Christmas cookies.. the list goes on! If you’re trying to better yourself this year, the temptation to overindulge can often be overwhelming around the holidays.
