How to Hold Yourself Together with Your Breath
The holidays can be a time of great joy and a time of stress.
In case you’re feeling stressed and find yourself holding you breath, I want to share how you can hold yourself with your breath instead.
When we’re stressed, we tend to hyperventilate and further our anxiety. Holding our breath shuts down our ability to deal with our problems and in the long run can cause even more issues, from soreness and stiffness to chronic pain.
