Lifestyle Medicine: Pilates for Sports Performance

This class is ideal for improving your athletic performance. You learn vital principles and techniques to excel at any sport including basketball, golf, running, swimming, surfing, rowing, and biking. The class incorporates traditional Pilates exercises with research-proven breathing, physical therapy, yoga, and posture skills that enable you to succeed at sports without injuring yourself.
