Lifestyle Medicine: Better Breathing, Balance, and Posture Class

This class trains you to work out your body instead of wear out your body when you exercise or move throughout the day. It’s an ideal class for improving your balance, posture, and breathing. You learn crucial principles and exercises for moving and breathing well under any condition, whether you’re exercising vigorously or trying to maintain good posture while sitting at your computer for hours on end. The class incorporates breathing, Pilates, yoga, and core conditioning exercises.

Lifestyle Medicine: Pilates for Sports Performance

This class is ideal for improving your athletic performance. You learn vital principles and techniques to excel at any sport including basketball, golf, running, swimming, surfing, rowing, and biking. The class incorporates traditional Pilates exercises with research-proven breathing, physical therapy, yoga, and posture skills that enable you to succeed at sports without injuring yourself.
